Fast shipping and professional packing
We are able offer many shipping options thanks to our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack your goods in accordance with the exact and precise specifications. Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be properly secured before they are delivered. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer on earth. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it's possible for your order to run out of stock even after you have made the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in its original packaging.
