Prompt shipping and expert packing
We offer a broad range of shipping options thanks to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers each day from multiple countries. This is a sign of our determination to becoming the largest online retailer on earth. These warehouses are located in Europe just as they are in the USA.
Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing times according to each item.
Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Be aware that your order could be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
