Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict specifications. Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being shipped. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across multiple countries. Note that orders containing more than one item are processed according to the specific item.
Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are unable to offer either a return or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also remain in the original packaging.
