We offer a broad range of shipping options due to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and secured properly prior to shipping. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across different countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.
We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it because of the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may alter at any time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
The policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
